We ship to the European Union (EU), United Kingdom, Switzerland, Iceland, Norway, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, United States, Canada, Brazil, Japan, Hong Kong, South Korea, Australia and New Zealand.
If your country is not listed, please contact us so we can verify the shipping cost.

We ship your order within 1–3 business days after payment has cleared.
Delivery times depend on your destination:
With Standard Shipping (tracking included) in the EU, delivery takes approximately 3–14 business days from dispatch.
With DHL Express (tracking included) in the EU, delivery takes approximately 1–3 business days from dispatch.
With DHL Express (tracking included) in non-EU European countries, delivery takes approximately 2–4 business days from dispatch.
With DHL Express (tracking included) outside the European Union: delivery takes approximately 3–5 business days from dispatch for North America, Central America, Asia, and the Middle East; and 8–10 business days from dispatch for South America, Australia, and New Zealand, plus any time required for customs clearance.
In all cases, delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or local postal services.

We take great care to pack your vinyl securely so it arrives in perfect condition.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. If the calculated shipping cost exceeds the actual cost, we will refund the difference.

Here is a Shipping Reference Guide for some European countries with STANDARD Shipping (the exact shipping charge might change depending on the combination of vinyl types). The following prices are indicative and provided as a reference; final shipping costs are always calculated at checkout.

France, Spain (mainland):
1–3 LPs: €19
4–6 LPs: €22 → as low as €3.67 per LP
7–10 LPs: €24 → just €2.40 per LP
11–14 LPs: €26 → only €1.86 per LP
15–20 LPs: €28 → down to €1.40 per LP
1–15 7″s: €19 → €1.27 per item
16–30 7″s: €22 → just €0.73 per item

Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Netherlands:
1–3 LPs: €17
4–6 LPs: €18 → as low as €3.00 per LP
7–10 LPs: €19 → just €1.90 per LP
11–14 LPs: €20 → only €1.43 per LP
15–20 LPs: €22 → down to €1.10 per LP
1–15 7″s: €17 → as low as €1.13 per item
16–30 7″s: €18 → just €0.60 per item

VINYL – We guarantee that you will be satisfied with our service and our products. We offer a money back guarantee on all defective or damaged items. These must be shipped back within 15 days of receiving your item. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. We regret that we cannot reimburse you for the cost of shipping. Please contact us for returns, exchanges, defects or any other problems.

GIFT SHOP – If you’re not happy with an order, you can return it by shipping it back within 15 days of receiving your item. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. We’ll be happy to offer you an exchange or a full refund of your purchase price. We regret that we cannot reimburse you for the cost of shipping.
