- VINYL – We guarantee that you will be satisfied with our service and our products. We offer a money back guarantee on all defective or damaged items. These must be shipped back within 15 days of receiving your item. We regret that we cannot reimburse you for the cost of shipping. Please contact us for returns, exchanges, defects or any other problems.
- GIFT SHOP – If you’re not happy with an order, you can return it by shipping it back within 15 days of receiving your item. We’ll be happy to offer you an exchange or a full refund of your purchase price. We regret that we cannot reimburse you for the cost of shipping.
Shipping
- We ship to the European Union (EU) and UK. If you are interested in one or more items but your country is not listed, please contact us so that we can verify the shipping costs for your country.
- All items are shipped from Italy.
- We ship your order between 1 to 5 business days after your payment has cleared. Delivery depends on your country, it can take from 5 to 14 business days for an item to arrive.
